About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, assisting with leasing suites, and responding to on-call requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Performing minor maintenance repairs
  • Preparing apartments for new residents

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, minor maintenance, and customer service, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and perform tasks independently.
