We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Resident Manager. This role is a key part of our residential property management team and requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs and ensure the property is well-maintained.

Requirements:
