Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Realstar Management. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of our residential rental buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators.
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs and ensure the property is well-maintained.
  • Prepare apartments for new residents and provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
  • Assist with leasing suites and respond to on-call requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic maintenance skills and ability to perform minor repairs.
  • Ability to work some evening and weekends, as required.
