- Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including background checks and access control.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Maintain a valid driver's license and ensure reliable transportation to work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Screening Questions: Participate in pre-employment screening, including background checks and reference checks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in Cantonese is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Security Clearance: Obtain and maintain a valid security clearance.
