About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our meal kits to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meal kits
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any delivery issues or concerns
  • Monitor and analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement and optimize routes
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • College or university degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
