Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Retail Partnerships Strategy: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key retailers, develop and execute partnership plans, and drive business growth through these partnerships.
- Lead Partnership Management Team: Manage a team of partnership managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive business growth through retail partnerships, including identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail partnerships strategy.
- Measure and Report Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of retail partnerships, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in retail partnerships, with a strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team of partnership managers, with a strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans to drive business growth through retail partnerships.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and the ability to develop solutions to meet the needs of key retailers.
