Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Sarwara Immigration Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
