Job Summary

PCL Constructors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs that drive exceptional employee experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders across the business, executing planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale, and driving improvements in HR programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's business objectives and drive employee engagement, performance, and career development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders, managers, and employees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Change Management: Execute planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale using effective change management communication and ensure a smooth transition to new initiatives.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent, and drive business results.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay informed of trends and innovations in HR and share knowledge with the HR team to drive best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing company-wide programs.
  • Skills: Excellent networking, partnership, and stakeholder management skills, with a solid understanding of how people respond and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with employee engagement, talent management programs, and change management best practices.
