About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Partner. This is a permanent opportunity based in Milton Keynes, working across a full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations, projects, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders from various departments to manage the HR needs of around 100 people across the business.
  • Manage the full HR generalist scope, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, leavers, project work, and more.
  • Contribute to key projects for 2024, including succession planning, ED&I initiatives, apprenticeships, and graduate programs.
  • Drive data-driven HR decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Balance strategic focus with day-to-day HR tasks.
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven generalist HR experience, ideally at the Senior Advisor level.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset and project experience, with the ability to implement and deliver key HR initiatives.
  • Confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
