Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at CB Canada. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's HR operations and providing strategic guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze HR data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support to management and employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
  • Provide ADP systems administration and support
  • Serve as a contact for HRIS ADP to support employees and management
  • Work closely with ADP and other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity and system changes
  • Research and resolve system problems and document processes and results
  • Liaise with third parties and other stakeholders as required
  • Develop and provide ADP user information sessions to employees and management as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience and 3 years of office experience
  • Experience in pulling reports and technical skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Proven professionalism and attention to detail
