About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to drive organizational success, including talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead change initiatives and manage full-cycle People programs to support operational and strategic business needs.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, develop succession plans, and implement talent development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and stay abreast of changes in HR legislation.
  • Lead or participate in People projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of success in partnering with senior leaders to drive business results.
  • Experience supporting an hourly population, ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution industries.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and provincial health and safety, employment, and human rights legislation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated experience in leading complex workplace investigations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound judgment and consistently adhere to fair, ethical conduct with respect to employee relations and our highly diverse employee population.
  • Team player with strong prioritization, time management, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work within a quickly changing, high-pressure environment and with a great deal of ambiguity.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Experienced in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and HR tools (HRIS, ATS, scheduling/time tracking). Experience with Workday is an asset.
