We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic relationships with senior leaders to drive business results and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Lead change initiatives and manage full-cycle People programs, including onboarding, performance management, organizational design, benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and offboarding.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, develop succession plans, and implement talent development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, and develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of success in partnering with senior leaders to drive business results.
- Experience supporting an hourly population, ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution industries.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and provincial health and safety, employment, and human rights legislation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated experience in leading complex workplace investigations.
