Job Title: User Support Technician

ACORN is seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
