About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at ON-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES - MISSISSAUGA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization in all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Administer and coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

Staffing Requirements

Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the organization's needs are met.

Employee Support

Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling, to support their well-being and productivity.

Recruitment and Hiring

Collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements, and coordinate the selection and examination process to ensure the best candidates are hired.

Staff Training and Development

Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

HR Administration

Supervise personnel clerks, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and coordinate the termination of employment process.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills and be a team player.

Requirements
  • Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
