Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Let's Sushi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Analysis and Management
Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
Staff Performance MonitoringMonitor the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
Daily Operations PlanningPlan and organize the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Staff Recruitment and SchedulingRecruit and hire new staff members, and create and manage staff schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Health and Safety RegulationsEnsure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, and that our staff are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
Marketing and Customer ServiceParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations.
