Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Vélo/Ski and Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assembling, Adjusting, and Repairing Bicycles and Skis: You will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, and repairing bicycles and skis to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that our products are displayed and stored properly.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest products and services, ensuring that you can provide expert advice to our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic Knowledge of Bicycles and Skis: You will need to have basic knowledge of bicycles and skis, including their components and maintenance.
