Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble, adjust, repair, and maintain bicycles and skis, including wheel alignment, derailleur adjustment, chain replacement, brake adjustment, and installation of accessories
  • Sharpen ice skates and wax skis during the winter season
  • Ensure the quality of services provided
  • Follow established procedures and protocols
  • Use a custom printing machine on textiles
  • Invoice customers for services rendered
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist colleagues from other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store
  • Identify and seize opportunities to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Explain the benefits of becoming a Décathlon member
