About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at TempX Staffing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, promoting sales to existing clients, and providing ongoing support to clients after sales or signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and promote our services to existing clients.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to clients, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in presentation software, word processing software, and MS Office.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license.
