The ideal candidate will possess a background in marketing SaaS and technology startups, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account and Project Management (70%)
    Oversee project management and collaborate with both the team and clients to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of project scopes.
  • Conduct marketing and branding workshops, effectively communicating insights and next steps to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain transparency with clients and the team regarding project budgets and timelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges for clients through strategic problem-solving and consultation.
  • Coordinate internal tasks and communicate project status updates to the leadership team.
  • Lead a team of freelance creatives, providing clear briefs, constructive feedback, and mentorship to enhance their skills and output quality.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the People Ops Manager to develop ideal freelancer profiles tailored to project needs.
  • Present and develop additional service offerings post-project completion.

Marketing Strategy (30%)
  • Work closely with the internal team to design, manage, and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media, inbound marketing, and email strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to define creative and communication strategies for website and branding initiatives.
  • Propose innovative inbound marketing campaign concepts.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with client brand standards across various platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Tools: Wordpress, social publishing tools, SEMrush, AHREFs, Leadpages, Hubspot, Marketo, Drip, Mailchimp

Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated project management experience is essential.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of navigating challenging situations with composure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Email, Google Meet, Google Analytics, Google Suite.
  • Additional experience with Wordpress, Data Studio, social publishing tools, SEMrush, AHREFs, Hubspot, Marketo, Drip, Mailchimp, Drift, Figma, Shopify is advantageous.
  • Bonus: Strong technical understanding of Inbound/Outbound Marketing.
