Your Responsibilities
- Oversee a designated portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Effectively manage client inquiries and communications
- Achieve business objectives while identifying opportunities for expansion
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster robust client relationships
- Remain informed about industry standards and organizational policies
Qualifications for Success
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector
- RIBO license is required
- Strong collaborative skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with EPIC broker management system is advantageous
