About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Permasearch, a leading staffing and recruiting company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for Permasearch.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, providing creative solutions to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business or staffing and recruiting environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
