Key Responsibilities
- Account and Project Management (70%)
- Oversee project timelines and budgets while collaborating with both clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate marketing and branding workshops, effectively communicating insights and actionable next steps to all stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency with clients and team regarding project budgets and schedules.
- Identify challenges and provide solutions through effective problem-solving and consultation.
- Coordinate internal tasks and communicate project status updates to leadership.
- Manage a diverse team of freelance designers, copywriters, and creatives, offering guidance and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and output quality.
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the People Ops Manager to develop ideal freelancer profiles tailored to project needs.
- Lead the development and presentation of additional services post-project completion.
- Marketing Strategy (30%)
- Work closely with the internal team to design, manage, and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media, inbound marketing, and email strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to strategize creative and communication approaches for website and branding initiatives.
- Propose innovative inbound marketing campaign concepts.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client brand standards across various platforms.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets to ensure consistency with the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven project management skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of navigating challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Meet, Google Analytics, and Google Suite.
- Experience with platforms like Wordpress, Data Studio, SEMrush, Hubspot, and Mailchimp is advantageous.
- Understanding of Inbound/Outbound Marketing principles is a plus.
