  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in a manufacturing-based or business-to-business customer setting.
  • Project Management: High level of competence managing complex projects and multi-customer tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Customer Success Knowledge: Knowledge of best practices in customer success and retention.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and using the appropriate tools to complete tasks.
  • NetSuite Experience: Experience using NetSuite beneficial.
