Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, completing intakes with leads through phone, email, and inbound referrals, and moving clients through the intake process. You will also be responsible for ensuring conflicts checks are completed for each new file, filling out necessary information within the CRM system, and managing client interactions.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous coordinator or customer success experience.
  • Previous experience working in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Experience relevant to client processes and providing exceptional client experiences.
  • High level of business acumen and professionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience within a legal environment is considered an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new applications quickly, demonstrating strong technology savvy.
  • Proven ability to challenge the norm and thrive in an innovative environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations.
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities.
  • Possesses a go-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities.
