Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Inspire Direct Marketing. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for overseeing campaigns and working closely with internal and client teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and weekly data and reporting processes to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and key client contacts to ensure seamless project execution
  • Facilitate planning and execution of ongoing and upcoming campaigns, including organizing and updating reporting tools
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support existing campaigns and provide resolutions to issues
  • Produce meeting agendas, call notes, trackers, and budgets, and ensure pre-work and research is completed prior to meetings
  • Work closely with team members to manage timelines and follow-up on tasks as needed to ensure deliverables are met
  • Continuously improve processes, tasks, campaigns, communication, and client management experiences
  • Provide thought leadership in ways of improvement, staying up-to-date on relevant product knowledge, consumer, and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret and summarize data into insights
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with a focus on ownership and results
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
  • A solutions-focused, open mindset, with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Professional home office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and projects
  • Results-driven and comfortable in a competitive environment
  • Call centre, sales, or customer service experience an asset, but not required
  • Full-time hours, 40 hours per week
