Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at Fraser Health. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team by performing a variety of tasks, including reception services, data entry, and filing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception services, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing visitors
  • Assist with client intake, including obtaining client information and scheduling appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare informational packages and reports
  • Process mail, faxes, and other documents
  • Operate office equipment and perform minor maintenance
  • Arrange meetings and special functions
  • Maintain office supplies and resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Grade 12, plus one year of recent related office/clerical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work independently
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and use applicable computer equipment and software
  • Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures
