About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at ON-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES - MISSISSAUGA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management structures.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business performance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
