Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Superior Recruiting Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing administrative tasks, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
