Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team at BERENIA TORRES LAW PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for legal consultations and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents and correspondence.
  • Record and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines to enhance efficiency.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and make necessary reservations.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
