- Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents.
- Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
Attention to detail is essential in this role, as it contributes to the overall efficiency of the legal team.
Personal Attributes- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Applicants should have between 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 hours per week, primarily conducted in English.
