Position Overview

The Legal Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the legal team at BERENIA TORRES LAW PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. This position requires a blend of organizational skills and legal knowledge to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents.
  • Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
