Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing telephone communications and relaying messages
- Responding to electronic inquiries
- Compiling data, statistics, and relevant information
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
- Arranging travel itineraries and making reservations
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Opening and distributing incoming mail and coordinating information flow
- Setting up and maintaining both manual and computerized filing systems
- Performing data entry tasks
- Providing excellent customer service
