Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents.
- Record and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and reservations.
- Prepare financial statements and comprehensive reports.
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
