Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within our law firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal office.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents.
  • Record and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Prepare financial statements and comprehensive reports.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
