Job Summary
As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in driving business results and developing your team members. You will be responsible for making important decisions that impact store success and contributing to our aggressive store expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
