We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at K&H LOYALTY SERVICES INC. as a Team Lead. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, office staff, and volunteers to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and ensure that products are displayed attractively.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
- Physical Demands: Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
