Savers / Value Village is a leading thrift operator with a mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. Our business model redirects billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role
As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations, production, and retail teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
