Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Richmondhill South. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
