Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Merchandising: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Drive Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and meets company standards, maintaining a positive image for MADANI FINE FOODS.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
