We are looking for a dedicated claims specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This position involves working closely with a diverse group of professionals to assist clients in recovering from incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and interpret collected data to ascertain insurance coverage.
- Facilitate negotiations for settlements with clients, claimants, legal representatives, and insurance providers.
- Oversee field operations on behalf of internal claims professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance offerings and assessment methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Possess a valid claims expert certification (5A).
- At least three years of experience in claims, ideally in a field setting.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Willingness to travel on short notice.
- Strong understanding of insurance products.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is advantageous.
