Job Information
We're seeking a skilled Expert Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and processing claims related to various insurance products, including home, auto, motorcycle, and commercial insurance. Your duties will include:
- Examining insurance contracts to determine claim eligibility
- Conducting investigations to gather information, assess losses, and negotiate settlements
- Evaluating subrogation possibilities and pursuing them when applicable
- Guiding external vendors to ensure efficient claims processing
- Preparing correspondence and submitting required reports
- Treating payments or denials
- Maintaining adequate reserve amounts
Your Profile
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced claims professional with a strong background in insurance claims analysis and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma in a related field
- A claims adjuster license in personal and commercial insurance
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and assume increasing responsibilities
