Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Provide accurate quotes to customers and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Offer expert guidance and recommendations on suitable products to meet customer needs.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures.
- Other assignments as assigned by the management team.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Sales experience and a customer-focused approach is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the building materials industry is an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn new product offerings in a fast-paced environment.
