About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell CIBC products and services, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve complex issues.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
