Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
