Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Present accurate quotes to customers and provide expert guidance on product features and benefits.
- Provide timely and effective customer service through scheduled call backs and delivery follow ups.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures.
- Other assignments as assigned by management.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new product offerings.
- Sales experience and a customer-focused approach are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the building materials industry is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
