Temporary Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present accurate quotes to customers and provide expert guidance on product features and benefits.
  • Provide timely and effective customer service through scheduled call backs and delivery follow ups.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures.
  • Other assignments as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new product offerings.
  • Sales experience and a customer-focused approach are highly desirable, as is knowledge of the building materials industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and start immediately, with a short-term assignment duration.
