As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within our Penske Transportation Solutions district. You'll be responsible for fostering a thriving work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Talent Acquisition & Development

You'll partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure we attract the best candidates. Your expertise will guide managers in creating impactful development plans for their teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Onboarding & Retention Excellence

You'll oversee our onboarding program, ensuring new associates have a seamless transition into Penske. You'll also identify trends and implement solutions to address retention challenges, creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.

Associate Relations & Compliance

You'll build strong relationships with associates and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements. You'll also ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards, fostering a fair and equitable work environment.

Strategic Workforce Planning

Your analytical skills will be crucial in collaborating with leadership to develop workforce plans aligned with business objectives. You'll leverage data and insights to make informed decisions about staffing levels and talent development initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

You'll work closely with Area HR Managers, District Managers, and corporate resources to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building consensus and driving positive outcomes.
