Position Overview

As a Human Resources Officer at Wireframe Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing our workforce and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our staffing strategies and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Needs Assessment: Analyze current and future staffing requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • Job Advertising: Create and disseminate job postings to attract suitable candidates.
  • Applicant Screening: Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Candidate Communication: Provide guidance to applicants regarding job expectations and employment conditions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with potential hires.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Engage with educational institutions to recruit recent graduates.
  • Selection Process Management: Facilitate selection boards and assess candidates' suitability.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Inform candidates of their application status and extend job offers.
  • Policy Advisory: Counsel management and staff on recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Grievance Handling: Organize and oversee staff consultation and grievance processes.
  • Training Coordination: Determine training needs and arrange development programs for staff.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee administrative staff handling record-keeping and clerical tasks.
  • Recruitment Execution: Lead the recruitment and hiring processes for various positions.
