Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Super 8 Motels. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing hotel operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-in/check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Room Reservations and ManagementTake, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Guest Services and InformationProvide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area, to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
Cash Handling and BalanceProcess guests' departures, calculate charges, receive payments, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
Emergency and Safety ProceduresFollow emergency and safety procedures, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, to ensure guest safety and well-being.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required. Permanent employment with 40 hours per week is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
