Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Guest Services: Offer assistance with guest inquiries, provide directions, and make recommendations for local points of interest.
  • Departure Procedures: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and submit cash reports and related forms as required.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
