Vigi Santé is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring care programs, protocols, and methods, while providing essential training to staff within an interdisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor care programs, protocols, and methods, ensuring adherence to best nursing practices.
  • Act as a resource person for the care teams in complex situations, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure resident and family involvement in personalized care plans, focusing on safety, quality of life, and well-being.
  • Participate in hiring interviews for nursing staff and contribute to staff training initiatives.
  • Conduct infection surveillance and monitoring activities to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing with recognized nursing certifications.
  • Registered member of the Quebec Order of Nurses (OIIQ).
  • Genuine interest in caring for elderly individuals with reduced autonomy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English is an asset.
