Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and assessment of program activities, particularly focusing on the International Human Rights Training Program.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for both in-person and virtual events, including meetings, training sessions, and project activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support project teams in preparing comprehensive narrative and financial reports, verifying submissions from partners.
- Engage in monitoring and evaluating project activities, including data entry, processing, and analysis.

- Maintain effective communication with program colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure all communications and tools are available in both French and English, editing texts for clarity and adherence to inclusive language guidelines.
- Manage payments and honorariums for partners, including youth participants.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accessibility and proper updates in shared platforms.
- Contribute to the development of presentations and educational materials based on team input.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and documentation for funders.
- Support the organization and reporting of meetings, including notetaking and follow-up reports.
Your Profile:
You are driven by a commitment to human rights and social justice, thriving in a collaborative environment that values diversity. Your organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines are complemented by your flexibility and adaptability in a multicultural setting.
Proficiency in both of Canada’s official languages (French and English) is essential, as you will communicate daily in both languages. A background in project administration, event coordination, or related fields, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit or civil society context, is required.
Technical Skills:
Strong computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with online conferencing tools, cloud-based document management systems, and Office 365 applications.
